• - A jury verdict in favor of Ben’s client, a Fortune 100 product manufacturer, in a case alleging product defect.

• - A bench trial verdict in favor of Ben’s client, a real estate developer, in breach of contract case, awarding him a $1.5 million cash judgment.

• - A bench trial verdict in favor of Ben’s client, a Utah attorney, in a case alleging legal malpractice.  Affirmed by the Utah Court of Appeals, 2011 UT App 389.

• - A jury verdict in favor of Ben’s client, an individual, being sued for $300,000 on a breach of contract claim.  The jury found in favor of Ben’s client in all respects, and even awarded him a cash judgment on a counterclaim.
